Issue: Observation indicate there is a systemic unacceptable disparity in registered businesses across races within the Texarkana area.
More research needs to be done to ascertain Federal and local statistics regarding this matter. Registered refers to registration at the Federal, state, and/or local level to include filing taxes as a business whether sole proprietorship or otherwise.
