The Education Department for Texas A&M University-Texarkana recently held a Future Teacher Induction Ceremony. The ceremony was for 33 new students who formally entered the teacher preparation program. This entrance usually takes place around their junior year of college.
Is the following a significant observation concerning the 33 students and nine pictured staff and faculty:
* There are no pictured male student, staff, or faculty.
* There are three pictured black female students and no pictured black staff or faculty.
* There are 16 students not pictured but their names are listed in the article.
* Of the 16 unpictured students, two names (Paola and Jonathan) suggest they may be male students.
